Welcome to Travel via Morocco. By using our website, contacting us, or booking one of our Morocco tours, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
Section 1
About Travel via Morocco
Travel via Morocco is a Morocco travel agency offering private tours, tailor-made itineraries, desert trips, cultural experiences, day trips, transportation services, and guided travel experiences across Morocco. We are a local Berber team based in Marrakech and Merzouga, operating since 2014.
Section 2
Booking a Tour
A booking is considered confirmed only after we have agreed on the itinerary, travel dates, price, inclusions, and payment terms. Until all of these are confirmed in writing between Travel via Morocco and the traveler, no reservation is considered active.
Some services may require a deposit to secure hotels, transport, guides, camps, and other arrangements. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be communicated clearly before confirmation is required.
Section 3
Prices and Inclusions
Tour prices depend on the itinerary, number of travelers, accommodation level, season, transport type, and included services. Prices shown on our website are indicative starting prices and may vary based on your specific requirements.
The final confirmed price will clearly state what is included and excluded before any payment is made. We do not add hidden charges after confirmation.
Section 4
Payments
Payment methods and deposit amounts will be shared with the client before confirming the reservation. We accept payments by bank transfer, card, or cash on arrival depending on the agreement.
Any bank fees, transfer fees, or currency exchange charges are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing before the booking is confirmed.
Section 5
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation conditions may vary depending on hotels, camps, guides, transport, and the season. If you need to cancel your tour, please contact us as soon as possible at info@travelviamorocco.com or via WhatsApp.
Refunds, when applicable, will depend on the cancellation date and the policies of our suppliers. As a general guideline:
30+ days before departure — full refund of any deposit paid, minus any non-refundable supplier costs already incurred.
15–29 days before departure — partial refund depending on supplier cancellation terms.
Less than 14 days before departure — deposits and pre-paid amounts may not be refundable.
We will always communicate the specific cancellation terms for your tour before you confirm your booking.
Section 6
Changes to the Itinerary
We do our best to follow the agreed itinerary exactly as planned. However, changes may be necessary due to weather conditions, road closures, local events, safety concerns, hotel availability, or circumstances beyond our control.
In such cases, we will inform you as early as possible and offer the best available alternative. We will never downgrade your experience without offering a fair solution.
Section 7
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in our tour prices unless clearly stated in your confirmed itinerary. We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain valid travel insurance before their trip, covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost luggage, travel delays, and personal accidents.
Travel via Morocco is not responsible for any costs arising from the absence of travel insurance.
Section 8
Traveler Responsibility
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel documents before departure, including:
A valid passport with at least 6 months remaining validity
· Any visas required for entry into Morocco
· Personal medication and health preparations
· Suitable clothing for the weather and activities planned
Travelers must also respect local customs, laws, culture, guides, drivers, and the rules of any accommodation visited during the tour. Travel via Morocco reserves the right to end a tour early without refund if a traveler’s behavior endangers or seriously disrupts other guests, guides, or local communities.
Section 9
Accommodation and Transport
Accommodation and vehicle types will be arranged according to the confirmed package agreed before your departure. In rare cases where a hotel, riad, or camp becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we will replace it with a similar or better option wherever possible.
If a direct equivalent is not available and a lower-category property must be used, we will notify you immediately and offer a partial refund for the price difference.
Section 10
Limitation of Liability
Travel via Morocco is not responsible for delays, losses, injuries, additional expenses, or changes caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to: weather conditions, strikes, road conditions, flight delays, government restrictions, illness, accidents, or force majeure events.
Our liability in any case is limited to the cost of the services we directly arranged and confirmed as part of your tour.

Website Content
The information on our website is provided for general travel guidance. We make every effort to keep all details accurate and up to date, but tour descriptions, prices, availability, and services may change without prior notice.
Final confirmed prices and inclusions will always be communicated in writing before any payment is requested.
Section 12
Photos and Marketing
Photos on our website are used to represent Morocco travel experiences in general. Actual hotels, camps, landscapes, meals, and activities may vary depending on the itinerary, season, availability, and group size.
We never use photos to misrepresent the quality of our services. If you have questions about a specific accommodation or activity shown on our website, please ask us before booking.
Section 13
Privacy
Any personal information shared with us — including your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, and tour preferences — will be used only to answer your enquiry, prepare your itinerary, and manage your booking.
We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties except where necessary to fulfil your booking (for example, sharing your name with a hotel or guide). We take the security of your personal data seriously and handle it with care.
